Dr. Regina Bowden,
Dr. Regina Bowden is a co- founder of Transformation, Inc, a consulting and training firm that has worked with many automotive companies, along with colleges and municipalities in the United States and abroad. Originally, working with Ford Motor Company in the United States, Australia and Europe, Transformation provided profit improvement through supply chain management, value engineering, lean, and kaizen. Working as easily with executives as with line workers, Regina crossed all levels and organizational chimneys. She has spent time working with the Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Sales and Marketing departments of Ford, Chrysler, and/or General Motors and their suppliers.

Her expertise has evolved from “process” to the “people” side of the business as she worked more in the areas of leadership, organizational development, communication, management, stress reduction, and inclusive leadership around the world. Her extensive travels have given her a unique perspective on global business needs and future trends.

Regina Bowden is a catalyst for others as she works as a consultant, facilitator and coach. She has been on a spiritual journey for much of her life. She has taken classes in many healing modalities over the past 15 years including Subtle Energies and Esoteric Healing and uses them privately when asked, but also uses the concepts as she works with executives and line workers.

She completed her Ph.D. in Education, Curriculum and Development from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
