Partnership of the Alliance Network is for people who have established a business or who are just starting out in the wholistic health, personal growth or spiritual guidance industry. Stellar-Gaia Alliances recognizes that getting support on your journey of understanding your self and empowering your spirit can sometimes be a lonely one. Many people are not able to talk to their family, friends or work colleagues about things they are experiencing or ideas they are exploring. Through our monthly and special Community Events, Stellar-Gaia Alliances seeks to provide a network of resources for people who are looking for support in and people to share their unique journey.
Starting or building a new business is often one of the most challenging tasks but it can ultimately be very satisfying to create business from your passion. Through The Alliance Network, Stellar-Gaia Alliances seeks to provide a network of resources for local practitioners, teachers and providers of products and services that will expand their network and empower their business. Stellar-Gaia Alliances sees the continued growth and strenthening of local practitioners as integral to providing support to the community for the expansion and empowerment of spiritual consciousness.
A non-profit organization is one where all profits made in the course of business are returned to the business and used for the further growth of the business. This is in comparison to for-profit organizations, where profits made by the business are paid to key investors and shareholders. In the United States an organization with non-profit status has been through a rigorous application process and been approved for non-profit status under a specific category. The non-profit status is reviewed every four years.
Stellar-Gaia Alliances is an approved 501(c)(3) under the category of education and research. It was clear from the inception of Stellar-Gaia Alliances that its vision, mission and goals are community based and that therefore all profits made in the course of business should be returned to the Community in the form of further support to the community.
As a non-profit organization, Stellar-Gaia Alliances receives income from Membership and Partnership as well as donations and fundraising. At present this income is not enough to appoint paid staff so we are staffed by a wondeful group of Volunteers. To meet them go to 'About SGA - Board of Directors and Staff'.
